Bookings & Payments

Your booking is ONLY confirmed once payment has been made. Dates and times are subject to availability and only secured once contact has been made by Shontae and an invoice has been paid. Bakedbyshontae will only accept payment from ONE single account, individual guest invoices will not be sent. Your booking is prepared based on the number of guests confirmed, any additional guests need to be given approval and will be charged, please email 24 hours before your booking if you want to add extra guests.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be available with sufficient notice and is subject to availability. Failure to attend your booking will result in loss of payment. If one guest is unable to attend, their payment will be forfeited.

Due to preparation, supplies and set up requirements, payments are non-refundable.

Allergies & Dietary requirements

Please advise Baked by Shontae of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While care is taken when preparing ingredients and equipment, our workspace may contain common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and other ingredients.

Baked by Shontae cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests are responsible for informing us of any allergies prior to participating in the experience.

All cakes, buttercream, decorations, tools and equipment are provided as outlined in your selected Cake & Sip package. Each guest will be guided through the decorating process; however, the final appearance of each cake will vary based on individual decorating techniques and creativity. Baked by Shontae is not responsible for the final outcome of decorated cakes once guests begin the decorating process.

Cake designs, colours and decorations may vary slightly due to product availability and seasonal supplies. Guests are welcome to get creative and personalise their cake within the materials provided during the experience.

Baked by Shontae is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Guests are expected to treat the space, equipment, tools and decorations with care and respect. Any damage caused to equipment, furniture or property may result in additional charges. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during the event. Unsafe, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the experience being ended without a refund. Guests must follow any safety instructions provided by Baked by Shontae throughout the experience.
